We invite you to carefully read these general sales conditions applying to the bookings made on the royalairmaroc.nuitee.com website. Those general sales conditions define the agreement governing relationships between Nuitee.com and the customer during and after the booking.

Purpose :

Nuitee.com is an online travel agency that makes it easier for you to search and book with different properties around the world that are made available to you at the click of a button.

All bookings made on royalairmaroc.nuitee.com are subject to the Terms and Conditions below.

Reservations and Cancellations :

For any reservation made via royalairmaroc.nuitee.com, the user acknowledges having read, understood and accepted the conditions established by the property on the announcement. These conditions are usually present on the property's announcement and are recalled during the booking process and on the confirmation email. However some rates or offers do not give the possibility to cancel or modify the reservation. Therefore the user is invited to be vigilant and take note of the details of the reservation before confirming it.

The voucher received by e-mail is a proof of booking and should be presented by the customer to the hotel upon arrival. We strongly recommend you to print out a copy of this voucher and keep a copy for your records and a copy with you while travelling.

In case of erroneous transmission by the customer of his personal information, Nuitee.com will not be held liable for non or inappropriate performance of the travel due to the non reception of travel information or reception of erroneous travel information.

In case of cancellation, the customer has to respect the cancellation fees according to the hotel's cancellation conditions. The cancellation policies related to the booked hotel are to be found on the hotel's page on the website.

Nuitee.com has no liability and will make no refund in the event of any delay, cancellation, overbooking, strike, force majeure event or other causes beyond their direct control.

Royal Air Maroc (RAM) does not provide any Hotel services and therefore, by continuing your browsing on this website, you agree to renounce to sue RAM for any claim of any nature that could arise or be in connection with this Service.

Rates :

We offer great rates to give our customers the most convenient prices from a particular property.

Rates are indicated by Nuitee.com according to the specifications mentioned during the search (number of people, age, selected dates) and are indicated before and during the booking. The total amount of the reservation will be indicated when it will be validated by the customer.

Unless otherwise stated on the website, additional services (meals, internet access, ... ..) are not included in the price, unless otherwise specified on the reservation.

The prices take into account the VAT applicable on the day of the order.

The tourist tax is to be paid directly on site with the hotel except in case of an online prepayment where this amount can be included.

In case of a debit at the hotel in a currency other than that confirmed on the reservation, the exchange costs are the responsibility of the customer. Conversion into foreign currency is indicative and non-contractual. Only the currency confirmed when booking is guaranteed.

Terms of Payment :

Nuitee.com gives you the choice between two payment methods:

• Online payment requires the entry of your credit card details which must be a valid moroccan or international card, and the full amount will be automatically deducted from the credit card used.
• Payment at the hotel, which is proposed for some properties only, requires entering the details of a valid credit card, the amount will be held but not charged, this only serves to finalize your reservation. Once at the hotel you can either choose to authorize the debit of your credit card or to make a payment in cash. In case you choose to pay cash with the hotel’s local currency, the payment held in your credit card will be released on the check out date.

Formalities :

It is up to the customer to check before departure with the local authorities that all police, customs or health formalities necessary for their stay have been met. The traveller is responsible for the visa and health requirements imposed by the destination country. Nuitee.com declines any responsibility if the customer is denied entering the country.

Confidentiality and security :

Nuitee.com recognizes the importance of your privacy and makes sure to secure and protect the personal data you share with us. As a result, our Company is committed to complying with the applicable regulations regarding the protection of personal data and the security of personal data in order to guarantee a safe, controlled and confidential browsing to its users and customers. Among these data, there are those related to payment. Our online payment uses coding techniques, whereby information is protected to prevent fraudulent use by unauthorized third parties.

Nuitee.com may make changes to the privacy policy in order to ensure compliance with the current legislation and adapting it to any legislative or jurisprudential changes.

Dispute :

In case of dispute between Nuitee.com and the customer, any possible claim should be sent within a thirty-day (30 day) period without appeal after the customer's beginning of stay. In the event of disputes between hotel and the customer, Nuitee.com may not be held liable.
